We have worked with Quintiles since 2008, devising their patient recruitment strategy in the UK and overseas. We helped them reduce their media spend by 70% in the first 3-months of working together, and since moving their business to an online database model, our acquisition and retention campaigns are now the most efficient in the market. We designed and built their website, incorporating an end to end conversion funnel that has helped Quintiles build the world’s largest patient database. Our systems link a comprehensive CRM database with their internal patient database, and our campaigns help them acquire new patients as well as retain existing one’s. We deploy TV advertising, press, social media and direct communications such as email, as well as help with outreach campaigns to medical institutions, hospitals, GP’s and charities.
