As part of their brand redevelopment, to unify behind a single global proposition and build employee engagement, we re-launched the brand across all digital properties. 


The solution

We created a website architected for content rich SEO optimisation and designed social assets for organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic to that website.

We also facilitated discussions and working sessions between team representatives of Simbec-Orion’s different locations and departments to establish five clearly defined company value pillars. We then helped to launch these values internally through the creation of a video, an e-brochure and email signatures.
