About the role
Following the successful growth of new and existing clients, we are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our busy team and hit the ground running. This role is to support a range of our clients across the Client Services team. Due to the nature and pace of the accounts, we are looking for someone who is proactive and works well under pressure, asks the right questions and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Your skills and experience
Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Whilst this role sits within the Client Services team, you will work closely with all departments to facilitate what is needed across projects, implement strategies and guide clients.
Having a sound understanding of strategy, creative, different media channels, website and reporting techniques is required, as well as experience of writing briefs and managing internal agency processes. In this role, you will start to build out your depth of understanding across the agency’s integrated marketing services.
Account structures are split into two. Monthly retainers are for ongoing work, including paid media campaigns, organic social media, creative and content production, reporting and insights. Project-based work is more often for branding and website work on a non-retainer basis. Your role will require you to pick up a mix of both.
