All dogs deserve a little treat now and then, but with the vast majority of chews on the market originating from gruesome sources, this can feel less than rewarding for the discerning customer.

Pawtato wanted to change this. Offering their ethical, plant-based dog chews as a conscious-minded alternative, the brand aimed to disrupt the heavily meat-focused pet treat industry.

With limited existing brand exposure, however, raising awareness and conversions in this ultra-competitive industry would not be an easy task.

We took a multi-phased approach, starting with a complete SEO/UX audit of the existing site and optimising it with a redesign and technical SEO updates.

We then produced a brand animation and social asset templates for use across their paid and organic channels.

With these foundations in place, we planned and implemented a two-month paid and organic digital campaign strategy focused on brand awareness and conversions, working with a range of influencers to help boost Pawtato’s organic presence.
